sorry, i still have to have it named "English"?

Yes that's fine, just run the FRST which is renamed to English with the Fixlist and post the result.

Please run the following DISM command again and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Strange, please try to upgrade Windows 11 Home Version 23H2 to 24H2 using the following tool.

  • Right-click on Windows11InstallationAssistant.exe and select the option: Run as administrator.
  • Press the Update now button, click after the compatibility check on Next.
  • The Update Assistant will now download the latest Feature Update.
  • After verifying the download, the Feature Update will be installed.
  • When this process is ready, click on the Restart now button to complete the installation.

Thank you so much sir for your help, i'll try as soon as i can and get back to you. Your help is really appreciated

Hi,

Please provide the following logs in an ZIP-file if exists:

C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\Setuperr.log
C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\Setupact.log

Mornin sir, thank you for still being here. I don't have those folders, after the sources folder there's nothing sadly

At which point the update failed and that error code appeared?
Around 80\84%, it suddenly went back to 0%, went up again to like 50% and then the error code appeared

edit: note that i tried multiple times and it always goes like this, so if you think that can be useful i can use some sort of program for monitoring the pc while i do it and give you the results

Okay, then I would first make a backup and try to perform an in-place-upgrade using the latest Windows 11 ISO.

Let's check some other things.

Upload your COMPONENTS hive.
  • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
  • Please copy this file to your desktop.
  • Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
  • Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
  • If the file is too large to upload here, upload the file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.

I don't know what you have tried, but I see multiple entry's for build (20348.2582) which is Server 2022, so you have used fixes from other threads and different OS versions. So I would suggest to backup your data and perform a clean install and make regular backups in the future.

Yes i may some time's ago before reading all the guidelines because i'm dumb, so that is why the fixes are not working? There's no other way but to cleaninstall? If so, any suggestion for the better way to do it?
