Run the following (unique) command from an elevated command prompt, reboot your machine, then post the result of the Netsh-reset.txt (that should appear) on your desktop (or upload it here):
Warning
If you have set a static IP in internet protocol version 4 (tcp/ipV4) properties of your ethernet/wireless network adapter, you'll have to set it anew, after the reboot.

(echo: && netsh interface ipv4 reset && echo: && echo: && netsh interface ipv6 reset && echo: && echo: && netsh interface tcp reset && echo: && echo: && netsh interface httpstunnel reset && echo: && echo: && netsh interface portproxy reset && echo: && echo: && netsh winsock reset && echo: && echo: && netsh winhttp reset proxy) > "%userprofile%\desktop\Netsh-reset.txt"

Here's the txt file:
Resetting Global, OK!
Resetting Interface, OK!
Resetting Unicast Address, OK!
Resetting Neighbor, OK!
Resetting Path, OK!
Resetting , failed.
Access is denied.

Resetting , OK!
Restart the computer to complete this action.

The HDAudbus.sys has a high ISR latency, don't know what causing it.

Do you remember how you seated your sata devices (hard disk and ssd), i.e. the exact connectors?
And did you insert the right-angle side in your devices, like your manual shows?

I swapped the cable and changed their ports, the problem is still present. Maybe I should reformat my system and get a clean install of those drivers. (When I upgraded to Win10 it installs my Intel LAN driver and the Realtek HD Audio Controller automatically that maybe screwing up the drivers) I better revert to win8.

UPDATE: Sometimes (after booting into windows), I get a very high and lots of popping noises. I restarted the computer and it reduced.
This time seems like the network card works perfectly, but HDAUDBUS.sys .

I imagine you posted the new trace because the problem isn't fixed...
Try to remove completely intel online connect service.
And if they didn't disappear with it, remove also Intel Technology Access Service and Intel Technology Access Legacy CsLoaderService.
