[SOLVED] High DPC latency and popping noises

I found runtimebroker.exe is using Wpc.dll and FamilySafetyExt.dll (they should be the parental control on windows 10...), right during the second hard fault.
During the first one instead I found MsMpEng.exe (Windows defender), hence you could try to exclude this folder in WinDefender: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive.
Only if you are sure you (or the program) won't download and run anything inside that folder, obviously.

After weeks I finally found the problem, It is the MEI Chipset driver, I resinstalled windows 10 again and found out the os itself installs the PCI simple communications controller. (perhaps the driver windows 10 installs is incompatible). So i roll backed to windows 8 again the DPC problem went away after I installed the latest Chipset driver from asus support.
