Not Received Help?

I have a thread " another slow windows update problem " I have been working on with zcomputerwhiz. he last responded on 11/14 and said to post here if i have not received help in 3 days. am looking for some help. I have posted my results. I am still running windows update. it has been running siunce 3:45 PM two days ago--- almost 48 hours now. Thanks for any help.

Seems computerwiz has been busy around here lately, but I'm sure he (or someone) will get us taken care of eventually. I've received only one reply in four days myself, but patience is a virtue as they say. :)
