I am so sorry about the delays here. As you are probably aware, I am currently in the middle of some important examinations. However, the good news is that they finish today, so I will be spending a large amount of time this evening and tomorrow trying to clear some of the backlog we have here.

If I have not replied to you by end of tomorrow (Saturday), please remind me again in this thread.

It's been over a week but I know you guys are rushed off your feet with work both on here and as students so no sweat if it takes a bit longer :)

Replied, thank you for being so patient.

I've basically requested some logfiles. The majority of the time, 0x800B0100 with an empty CheckSUR.log is caused by something very specific, and quite easy to fix. However, I always want to be sure rather than taking a punt, hence the request for logfiles.
