So you have only one hard drive, with three partitions: the main one where Windows is installed (C:), the Recovery partition with the manufacturer's Windows image (RECOVERY) and the OEM Recovery partition. How much free space do you have on your Windows (C:) partition?

Alright, do you have any other peripherals connected to your computer, other than a keyboard, mouse, monitor and network cable (if you're on a wired connection)?

No (had a cam and printer but disconnected both when I started having problems)

Are your mouse and keyboard plugged in USB 2.0 ports directly from the motherboard (behind the computer) and not on USB ports from the case itself?

Is the "AllowOSUpgrade" value set to 1?

And lastly, make sure that all the services mentionned in the Method 4 are started and enabled on startup please.

OK in the list there was one item(Background Intelligent Transfer Service) that wasn't set to auto followed instructions restarted pc double checked it is now set to auto.
