I have tried to install KB4459922. Failed and returned with Error code 2 - Unknown error.
CBS folder compressed, uploaded to the same GoogleDrive as "CBS_20181027.ZIP"
Some of my software are not working which needs NET. (e.g. AutoCAD)

You mean Programs and features? As I mentioned, I'm using localized version (Hungarian), so terms, expressions and definitions are all Hungarian.
If you mean programs and features (installed programs) nothing has changed.

OK. It's clear now. In Hungarian it's translated as "Turning Windows Services On and Off".

Can you uncheck it via Turning Windows Services On and Off and let me know if it uninstalls?

After unchecking and clicked "OK" button, a progress bar appeared as "Modifying Windows Services. It may take several minutes".
After progress finished, I got an error message as "Error occurred. Modifying of one or more services was unsuccessful"

Okay, if you try uninstalling either of the two 4.7.2 versions from Control panel, do you get the same error?

I have tried to uninstall both. I've got an error message (the same error message in both cases), that "Error occurred during the removal of .NET Framework 4.7.2. The program may already uninstalled. Do you want to remove it from the list?" (See screenshot)

Reply yes to both and recheck for Windows Updates and let me know which are shown.

Both removed from list. Computer restarted.
Microsoft NET Framework disappeared from installed programs, but Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 is still listed in Services (see Screenshot_20181106_2.jpg).
Updates re-checked.
Three important updates (KB4054530; KB4457918; KB4459922) are listed.
Two recommended updates (KB4462500; KB4462927) are listed.
