Using the .NET Collect Utility

  1. Download collect.exe and save to your desktop.
  2. Go ahead and run the tool
  3. The utility creates a compressed cabinet of all the needed logs to %TEMP%\vslogs.cab.
  4. Please zip/attach to this post or if too large, send using a service such as SendSpace.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP exported (and attached as compressed file - *.reg type is not allowed).
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full not exists (see screenshot).

No problem for the delay.
Unfortunately my computer still in the same state, so my answer is definitely yes.
Thank you for your help in advance (and thank for the previous efforts as well).

I have tried to update KB4054530, but I have received an error message with a new Error Code 643.

1. Go to Windows Update, uncheck all but the one update that has failed.

2. In the same window, select Change Settings left side menu, in the drop down box select "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them and then at bottom of window select OK, then at very top left click Back. Do not close the window...
3. Go to Start / Search and type Windows Explorer, Navigate to the following folder
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA

You will see a folder named "S-1-5-18" right click this folder and select rename, rename folder to "S-1-5-18.BAK" click OK, another dialog will appear click continue.

4. Open Windows Update and try installing that update.

I have done all, but some of the windows did work a bit different:
After select Settings in the Update window, OK button automatically stepped back to main update window, after that the top left back button did not do anything...
In Windows Explorer after selecting rename on directory named "S-1-5-18" I have simply entered into the box to rewrite the name, and a single Enter closes the rename process, no OK button, or "Continue" option appeared.
After these I tried to update only the selected KB4054530, but got the same Error: 643

We just returned to the same state as described in post #9.

Step#1 - FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Download attached file and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
3. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
4. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
5. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.
6. Try updates and if any fail, attach CBS.log.
