Procmon executed while unchecking .NET 3.5.1
Logfile.pml saved as Logfile_20181205.pml and uploaded as compressed Logfile_20181205.zip to Google Drive.

When trying to run exe, I've got an error message that "either '/c' or '/r' is not specified.

You have attached SFCFix.ZIP. Inside (\SFCFix\winsxs\amd64_netfx35cdf-csd_cdf_installer_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_b45109ec45a678fc\) there is WFSServicesReg.exe and cryptbase.dll

Yes, that should have been done using SFCFix:

SFCFix Script

  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
  2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
  5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put
    Code:
tags around the log to break up the text.

Sorry, I have completely forgotten the SFCFix process details.
Now executed as described. SFCFix.txt attached - there is 1 error in it (Failed to reset file attributes for file or folder C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_netfx35cdf-csd_cdf_installer_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_b45109ec45a678fc\cryptbase.dll with error code ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED.)
Procmon executed, .Net3.5.1 unchecked - failed.
Logfile.PML saved, compressed, and uploaded to Google Drive as Logfile_20181211.zip

You said I don't need to take care about error messages.
Some of the processes returned with error.

"del %SystemRoot%\System32\SMI\Store\Machine\*.blf" returned with *.blf file not found"

"del %SystemRoot%\System32\SMI\Store\Machine\*.regtrans-ms" returned with "*.regtrans file not found"

Sorry, you must have misunderstood. The not caring about the error messages must have been said in a very specific context and certainly not in general.

Please run System Update Readiness Tool and attach CheckSUR.log.
