Security and Quality Rollup install error

I'm going to need the whole folder again.

I'm very sorry this is taking so long, but .NET issues are among the hardest to resolve as you can see. At least we know what the problem is.
 
CBS folder uploaded to Google Drive as "CBS_FULL_20181217.ZIP".
It's a pleasure for me that somebody even tries to help me, because I've lost any hope to solve this problem myself (and standard error solution procedures was failed as well).
So thank you for all your efforts to find solution.
 
Please download GrantPerms and save it to your desktop.

Select GrantPerms.exe (32bit system) or GrantPerms64.exe (64bit system)

Unzip to your Desktop, open the folder and run the tool.

Copy and paste the following in the edit box:

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\config
Click List Permissions and post the result (Perms.txt) that pops up. A copy of Perms.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.
 
SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.




  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
  2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
  5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put tags around the log to break up the text.
  9. Afterwards, please retry updates and attach CBS.log if they fail.
