Can you open Control Panel - Internet Options ?

The machine you have is an old one. Approx. 14 years old and originally running Windows XP or Windows Vista ?
You are a bit low on RAM memory with only 2GB.

Does it still contain the original harddisk (120GB) or was something changed over the years ?

No,I am unable to access it.In fact,I have no interest in using IE at all.Eveytime I used it is to download a new browser :)
It is because after I installed the KB3185319 (the IE update) update,windows photo viewer can't print and whatsapp desktop stopped working with an error code fffmeg.dll is missing.Performing a system restore does nothing too and uninstalling the update is the same.The last time this computer was sent to a computer technician to reformat this pc just because windows update updated this pc until it was stuck in a loop ;-;
Anyway,those old days things really have good quality.Nothing had been changed(hardware) before except for a memory(still 2GB).

There are only three problems here that may need or won't need to be fixed.
i)Internet explorer is still facing the same issue(shouldn't be a big problem but it makes windows photo viewer can't print anything)
ii)A few days ago,the monitor started to goes black for a second and then everything back to normal.I guess all problems started after IE windows update had been installed :(
iii)disk defragmenter show this message and I press the "remove settings" many times but it is still the same(that's why I downloaded Advanced System Care)
