DISM could not find the .cab file. Did you use the EXPAND command to extract that file first ?

Yes. I did. There are four Windows6.1-KB4088881-x64 files in C:\TEMP. One of them is "windows6.1-kb4088881-x64_2976efcb3f915221d24535de3d84dd0af31019da" standalone package. I guess this error blocked installations of those monthly rollups.

The file "windows6.1-kb4088881-x64_2976efcb3f915221d24535de3d84dd0af31019da" has an extension ".msu". The ".cab" file is simply named as "Windows6.1-KB4088881 -x64.cab". There is no such file called "windows6.1-kb4088881-x64_2976efcb3f915221d24535de3d84dd0af31019da.cab"

Good point (y).
I updated message #73. Follow the instructions again, you may skip the download and EXPAND command.
