Note: This loads your components hive which is what we want. Please keep this dialog open while you perform the remaining steps. You can minimize it if you wish but keep it open.
  5. Right-click on the file FRST64.exe and choose Run as administrator.

  7. When the scan is complete, a message will display that 'SearchReg.txt' is saved in the same folder FRST was started from. Notepad will open this file also. Close Notepad and attach the file 'SearchReg.txt' to your next reply.
  8. You may close any remaining open windows now.

  5. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  6. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  7. Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.

Restart the machine.
Check Windows Update only and post a screenshot of the result.

Try to install KB4534310 only and report the result.

I installed KB4534310 successfully.:D
what to do now? i have one update left, from last picture.
to check for windows updates again or?

Install the remaining update, it will probably succeed.
When done, reboot the machine and check Windows Update again.

Try to install the important update only.

I installed KB3185319 successfully.
When done, I reboot the machine and check Windows Update again, and it said No important updates available,so I have 2 questions now.
1. when important updates appear, should I install them one by one? or to check never check for updates?
2. Still stuck on shutting down,so I need to force shut down,so what should i do about it?
Thank you very much!

Great.
1) Just install them. If problems arise, install them one by one.
2) What happens when you shutdown normally ?

Ok.
When I shutdown normaly, first logging off, then stuck on shutting down, and thats it,it stands like that all the time, then i have to force shutdown.
I don t know what to do.

I'm sending you a picture,to see where stuck.

I boot my computer into a Clean Boot state but everything is same. Stuck on shutting down and that's it.

Open Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings
On the tab Advanced click Settings in the frame Performance
On the tab Advanced click Change in the frame Virtual Memory
Uncheck "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives"
Select "No page file."
Click OK
On the tab Advanced click Change in the frame Virtual Memory
Put a checkmark at "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives"
Click OK
Reboot the machine.

Any improvement now ?

I tried that, but nothing happend, everything is same, stuck on shutting down and that's it.
