[SOLVED] Very high DPC and ISR by storport.sys and classpnp.sys. FIX: I moved the HDD from Sata3 port to Sata2 port.

Ok lets try to remove manually the drivers.

I'm doing it but I have some errors on pnputil.exe -d oem12.inf,pnputil.exe -d oem3.inf and pnputil.exe -d oem.inf
This is the error: Deleting the driver package failed :One or more devices are presently installed using the specified INF.

That is ok we are removing only temp drivers this way.

The real drivers in use wont be deleted :) .

So no worries about the error.

However I see you having some strange mouse or keyboard ELECOM.

Can you confirm if this device is wireless ?

Awesome set it`s wired.

Did the drivers change get any progress?

The last step I could amend will be BIOS update -BIOS Version/P2.00 9/23/2015 (the current version is "BIOS Version/P2.00, 04/09/2015")

In case this fails I`ll be forced to send you guide how to create bootable Linux live DVD in order to confirm the problem persist in different OS environment without reinstalling the Windows OS to lover version as you told me the Windows 7 was working perfectly fine.

The Linux live DVD can run the OS directly from the bootable media without installing anything on the hard drive.

We can use Ubuntu distribution because the Live dvd use multimedia drivers and codecs.

But the fact the audio problem occur only with the NVIDIA drivers installed making me think something is wrong with the last Windows 10 updates for NVIDIA or Relatek drivers.

By the way can you please confirm what partitioning you are using MBR or GPT ?

to check paste this command in relevant administrator command prompt

Code:
DISKPART
Code:
LIST DISK

Post the results.

Many thanks,
Andy

-
I have linux installed but I didn't tried if the problem is also on linux, now I check it Edit: my linux is broken, I'm downloading the iso now
-I don't updated from windows 7 to windows 10, this is a clean installation that for months worked fine and now since some days have this problem

Well there it`s a way to force your computer crash in case of power supply failure.

The method is really savage but till now this is the only indicator I could use to force a crash of power loss.

Check this tool use it as trial you do not need any of the paid tools.

Mostly if the power supply is bad this will crash the computer as will force it to work on full capacity.

This wont damage your computer hardware.

Can you please confirm if the sound is working in Linux?

The test worked perfectly and I noticed that also the audio is good in the test, maybe because it use all power of the pc.
Now I'm trying linux.

Well in this case the computer is working perfectly fine.

This is obvious devices conflict occurring only in Windows...

If you have the chance purchase one Creative sound card disable the Realtek one and enjoy =)

Cheers,
Andy
The problem is Nvidia side not realtek, because unistalling realtek driver or if I disable it I have the issue. While if I unistall Nvidia driver there is no issue.
One thing is sure, my next gpu will be amd:banghead:

Hi again you two hardworking folks

In Device Manager, the Nvidia HD Audio now shows as disabled (with a red X, right?)....

If you find a definite cure for this, gamers all over are going to be very happy. So far, I was both right and wrong about the options when installing the Nvidia drivers --- while it is better to remove the three options mentioned, and also to opt for 'clean install' method, -- it also seems that we still have to manually disable the Nvidia HD Audio in Device Manager ... because it seems that Windows automatically installs it - even when the user doesn't (using the Nvidia download). Unfortunately, it's possible that even disabling the Nvidia HD Audio in Device Manager doesn't completely cure the audio stuttering issues. I'm looking forward to see how you do with the Nvidia HD Audio installed but disabled. (You might need to restart to test it more completely). It shouldn't load the drivers when it is disabled. I have to believe that eventually Nvidia will fix this, but till then .... on we go!

Good luck!

Well to be honest I still believe is the Realtek because the NVIDIA working fine.

That is the reason I advise to get additional sound card and to stop the Realtek sound card from the bios, this will provide you with two benefits:

1. Less load and better safety for your motherboard.
2. Much better sound from any surround systems.

Regarding NVIDIA and AMD you are correct as you are using AMD chipset =)

Maybe a friend or family member might have an extra card laying around you could borrow to test with?

I like the borrowing idea, because then if it doesn't help, no money is spent. I'm a big fan of saving that stuff :)

Andy ... how does R&R sound as a nickname? :) ... I will be crazy glad if we all find a solution, since this same issue keeps popping up over & over [makes me wish I was a gamer, so I'd have more first-hand experience with it ... doctors, dentists, lawyers, pool maintenance companies, landscapers ... none of my clients have anything higher than an i5 and integrated graphics, and their idea of "games" extends to Solitaire and Mahjong :) ]

R&R sound awesome.

Well this is some conflict with the Asrock chipsets especially with Nvidia and Reatek, I have no idea why the two drivers cannot register HDMI port.

It`s no secret most of the gamers experience issues with the integrated modules, probably because the games need to use great resource for performing.

That is the reason most of the gamers configuration including additional PCI sound card, usually Creative. Make no sense to use something different than that. This way they unload the CPU with the sound performance and avoid such driver incompatibilities. Recently every vendor use cheap hardware for sound cards and the games are more and more demanding. Not only for graphics also sound effects. In this specific case I believe there is some issues in the drivers between south bridge and the integrated modules. This might be BIOS version failure or chipset drivers failure.

Till now I`ve seen 3 topics with similar problems and all of them are related with Asrock(Intel/AMD) and Realtek.

However 22$ for awesome Creative is always worth-it ;)

Guys, I tried to disable realtek from bios and with no sound card in latency moon I can see that the problem is still here. So I think the problem is only Nvidia side :thumbsup2:

That is totally weird.

Will be a problem for you I ask you to reinstall your Windows on GPT partitioning ?

I have a person with the same issue as your at the moment.

Can you please run this command in cmd as administrator

Code:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I have the feeling the MBR partition bugging somehow at the moment we have 3 people complaining from the same problem.

In the beginning there was only NVIDIA and Asrock but now we have member with MSI motherboard experience the same issues.

Can you please confirm what is the Linux distro are you using so I can check if there is a way to test your VGA performance under linux.
