You should find a disk or usb that allows you to access your drive from a command prompt, then you can follow this guide (even if it's for windows 7, it works also in windows 8 and 10): Manually Restore the Registry From its Backup in Windows (Windows 7 / Vista).
You can also check the 23rd post, I made a summary (no pictures, more verbose).
