Please do the following.

Create ISO from ESD
1. Download this file and save to your desktop. The file name will be Decrypt.zip
2. Right-click on this file and choose Extract All... Ensure "Show extracted files when complete" is checked and then click the Extract button.
3. You should see a folder named bin and two files named ReadMe and decrypt. If you do, you did this correctly.
4. Now copy your c:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Install.esd file to this folder. When you are done you will have the bin folder, decrypt, ReadMe and Install.esd files.
5. Right-click on the decrypt file and choose Run as administrator. Answer Yes to the UAC prompt if it appears.
6. A menu will come up with options. Type 1 and hit enter.
7. Once it completes it will say Done and you just have to hit a key on the keyboard to close the screen.
8. You will now notice an ISO file has been added to this folder. It will be named something like en_windows_10_enterprise_14393_x64_dvd or something similar. Let me know what the name is that is created.

OK. Please double-click that file to mount it. It should open up with some folders and files. One of which is setup.exe. Double-click on Setup.exe. Answer Yes if the UAC prompt comes up.

It should begin the upgrade. Make sure you choose to keep everything when prompted and click Install. Let me know how this one goes.

I send you all the steps I did:
After screenshot 13 I rebooted and restarted installation
Before screenshot 16 error, blue screen said me that Pc should have rebooted but it never happened.

I tried again, this time I accepted to download updates, but nothing change, I received the same failure message :banghead:

OK, let's try this. Disable your network adapter so you don't have any internet connection. Then run the following fix. As soon as your machine finishes rebooting attempt to install from the ISO again.

FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Download attached file and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
2. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
3. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
4. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.

OK, re-enable your network adapter and let's re-enable Windows Update. Also reverse the clean boot so you are booting normal with no services disabled and no startup items disabled. Let me know when complete.

Enable Windows Update
1. Click your Start button and type cmd.exe into the search box.
2. Right-click on cmd that comes up in the search results and select Run as administrator. Click Continue if prompted with the User Account Control dialog.
3. Copy/Paste the following into the command-prompt window and hit enter. Note: You will have to right-click your mouse in the command-prompt window and select paste. You can't use the keyboard shortcuts.
sc config wuauserv start= delayed-auto && sc start wuauserv

4. You should see something similar to the following. The important parts are in Red. If you see this, you did it correctly.

Code:
[SC] ChangeServiceConfig [COLOR=#ff0000]SUCCESS[/COLOR]
SERVICE_NAME: wuauserv
        TYPE : 20 WIN32_SHARE_PROCESS
        STATE : 2 [COLOR=#ff0000]START_PENDING[/COLOR]
                                (NOT_STOPPABLE, NOT_PAUSABLE, IGNORES_SHUTDOWN)
        WIN32_EXIT_CODE : 0 (0x0)
        SERVICE_EXIT_CODE : 0 (0x0)
        CHECKPOINT : 0x0
        WAIT_HINT : 0x7d0
        PID : 1136
        FLAGS :

I did all you said me. I received this message after execution of this command:
sc config wuauserv start= delayed-auto && sc start wuauserv

After I tried to update with "Windows Update" I received again error 0xc1420127.
Should I follow this your previous tip?

Excellent. That's better. Please do the following.

Step#1 - SFCFix Script
Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.
  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. If you still have this on your desktop from downloading previously, you don't need to re-download.
  2. Download the file below, SFCScript.txt, and save this to your Desktop.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCScript.txt.
  5. Drag the file SFCScript.txt onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please
SFCScript.txt content is:
RegistryExport::
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WIMMount\Mounted Images

and after FRST64
fixlist.txt with:
cmd: reg query "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WIMMount\Mounted Images" /s
