[SOLVED] Windows 10 Pro, Critical_Process_Died on startup after 1st update to version 1803

yes, the pictures are easy. lol.
does it have to go to a cd or can a usb be used?

also,
I put a music cd in the dell and my eject button doesn't work,
I used to use right click and eject from file explorer,
I haven't found the cmd prompt to eject it. eject is not valid.
It's drive F:

OK, I copied the full path for the file and it created the usb, it has 10 files on it and the volume info.
I shall attempt boot from this usb on Dell

new problem on Dell:

my ubd drive does not show up in "use a Device"

it was there since we started this thread, I tested my usb that I created
for clean install. I ran it with blank product key and stopped the test before
copying files, don't know why it doesn't show now.

Is there a way to launch the first .exe that should start the scan?
