[SOLVED] Windows 10 Pro, Critical_Process_Died on startup after 1st update to version 1803

I'm at work anyway.

I'm back, if you're working I can wait.
I started the windows setup from the usb media.
I'm on the second screen where it says install now (centre of window)
or Repair your computer (bottom left), I think I tried this but it didn't work.

Do I proceed from Install now?

Does this automatically make optimum use of my SSD, I think it only showed (C) System as place to install

Yes, and yes! C should be your SSD.

I'll clarify what I see at "Where do you want to install Windows?"

Name Total Size Free Space Type

Drive 0 Partition 1:ESP 500.0 MB 445.0 MB System
Drive 0 Partition 2:DIAGS 40.0 MB 35.0 MB OEM (Reserved)
Drive 0 Partition 3 128.0 MB 128.0 MB MSR (Reserved)
Drive 0 Partition 4:WINRETOOLS 490.0 MB 194.0 MB Recovery
Drive 0 Partition 5:OS 1848.8 GB 1718.4 GB Primary
Drive 0 Partition 6 450.0 MB 57.0 MB Recovery
Drive 0 Partition 8:New Vol 12.6 GB 12.5 GB Primary

I guess I highlight Partition 5 and click Next but where is my 32GB SSD

don't know how the happy face got there. it's DIAGS
