[SOLVED] Windows 7 32 system restore not working sfc and Sur ok

Restart the machine.
Try to create a restore point again.
If it fails do following.

  1. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  2. Right-click on FRST.exe and select "Run as administrator".
Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  3. Press the Fix button.
  4. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  5. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  6. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  7. Attach the logfile Fixlog.txt to your next reply.

Had to update Easeus Todo backup today and now will not back up the drive , stalls at 93% and then freezes the screen . Is this due to the update do you think or the problem I have. If I keep system restore on produces the code 19 in generic volume , turn system restore off stalls at 93%. Any ideas of a back up software? I used to have acronis and that now will not install or run so need a way of backing up the drive while this problem is happening.

Same thing happens after a clean boot: How to perform a clean boot in Windows ?
Does Easeus Todo produce a log file we can have a look at ?

If Easeus Todo backup and system restore both fail at 93% it might be related but I'm not sure.

Hi, tried doing clean boot and making a restore point still code 19 in generic volume . uninstalled ease us todo back up and scanned again
