windows 7 won't update (KB4516065) and (KB4474419)

Attach the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CbsPersist_20220701133709.cab to your next reply.

Capture Process Monitor Trace
  1. Download and run Process Monitor. Leave this running while you perform the next steps.
  2. Try installing KB4474419 once again.
  3. Stop Process Monitor as soon as it fails. You can simply do this by clicking the magnifying glass on the toolbar as shown below.

  4. Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine.
  5. Zip up and attach the LogFile.PML file as well as your CBS.log.

Not sure if you are refferring to the monitor or the upgrade to fail, anyway:
The Process Monitor is not failing, the file log reached almost a gigabyte and i stopped it.
Also the upgrade did not fail, it just asked me to reboot.

See step 2 in my previous post: "Try installing KB4474419 once again.".
If you did try to install KB4474419, please attach both requested files.

not sure what you mean, installing that update is successful until it asks me to reboot, so it doesn't fail, but if i reboot to complete the installation, the monitor stops, so i don't know when you want me to stop the monitor and save the log.

this is the cbs log:
