This update installed. but now "2019-07 Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.8 for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB4507420)" don't installed with error code 2

Please check the Temp folder for any logs related with the following updates, zip them and attach to your post.

I think the problem is an incomplete installation of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 download the Cleanup tool from the following link and remove the version 4.7.1

After using this tool I found new update KB4054530 and it don't installed with error 643 and kb450742 don't installed with error 2

Thanks for the update, check the %temp% folder for any log files related with the updates, zip them and attach to your post please.

temp folder don't contain log files related with the updates kb450420 and kb4054530. I attached all files in %temp% directory by current date. it may be useful.

Please run again the Cleanup Tool from post #67 and remove the version 4 of Net framework completely.
