At this point I have only the following options left.
1. Go to Acer's website and look up your make/model of your machine. Download/Install all updated drivers including any BIOS updates. Once it's fully updated, uninstall any Antivirus on your machine and attempt the Windows 10 upgrade again from a Clean Boot.
2. Obtain a Windows 7 Home x86 w/SP1 DVD from a friend, co-worker, family member and do a repair install which I can provide instructions on. No data or programs will be lost during this process. Then we can perform the 10 upgrade again.
3. Now that Windows Updates are resolved, post an inquiry in our Windows 10 forum where the experts there have more knowledge on this and may be able to help you further.
4. Do a Physical to Virtual conversion of your machine and then we can FTP it to me. I'll restore in a VM and attempt to resolve. That way I can use many more tools that I don't want to run on your production system.
