Awesome, SFC returned a clean log :) Can you try to install the Windows Updates now? If they fail, upload the two files below for me to review please.

Alright, go in the folder below:

Find the volume.inf_amd64_neutral_2509122af013a38e folder and rename it to volume.inf_amd64_neutral_2509122af013a38e_bak. Let me know once done or if it says that you don't have the permission to do so.
 
Alright, open a command prompt with Admin Rights (right-click on it and select Run as Administrator) and enter the following command:

Alright follow the instructions below please.
  • Open Notepad, and copy/paste the following inside:

icacls C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository /grant administrators:F

icacls C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository /setowner Administrator

  • Once done, save the file on your desktop and name it Script.bat (give it the .bat extension);
  • Right-click on Script.bat and select Run as Administrator, then wait 5 minutes;
