Awesome, SFC returned a clean log :) Can you try to install the Windows Updates now? If they fail, upload the two files below for me to review please.

C:\Windows*\WindowsUpdate.log
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

Upload the following file for me please, I need to take a look at it.

C:\Windows\Inf\setupapi.dev.log

Alright, go in the folder below:
Code:
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\
Find the volume.inf_amd64_neutral_2509122af013a38e folder and rename it to volume.inf_amd64_neutral_2509122af013a38e_bak. Let me know once done or if it says that you don't have the permission to do so.

Alright, open a command prompt with Admin Rights (right-click on it and select Run as Administrator) and enter the following command:
Code:
ren C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\volume.inf_amd64_neutral_2509122af013a38e volume.inf_amd64_neutral_2509122af013a38e_bak

Alright follow the instructions below please.
  • Open Notepad, and copy/paste the following inside:
    Code:
    icacls C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository /save %userprofile%\ACLFile
    takeown /f C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository
    icacls C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository /grant administrators:F
    ren C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\volume.inf_amd64_neutral_2509122af013a38e volume.inf_amd64_neutral_2509122af013a38e_bak
    icacls C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository /setowner Administrator
    icacls C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore /restore %userprofile%\ACLFile
  • Once done, save the file on your desktop and name it Script.bat (give it the .bat extension);
  • Right-click on Script.bat and select Run as Administrator, then wait 5 minutes;
