SFCFix is reported as unreadable\corrupt when run.

Extract the files from the zip and copy everything from the winsxs folder to the C:\Windows\winsxs folder if you can.

No dice clean boot. Same result.
Compressed a large file and downloaded to myself and extracted to desktop OK.
