[SOLVED] BSOD on W7 upgrade to W10 & in driver verifier, no dumps. FIX: FEW drivers (and devices) removed; TPKD was the last one which blocked the upgrade.

Things seem to have gotten worse... Setupact.log is now about 120MB, before it was 144kB! 😬
I'd use the system restore point created yesterday and wait for windows update experts in your other thread.

Alright, thanks for trying again!
I think I'm gonna be waiting until softwaremaniac comes back on the forums, they seem to be the only one who has history fixing my error 😞

I saw other members did it.
As an example, one made it with networks disconnected (i.e., no wireless and no ethernet)!
If you want to try even this one... :D

Please post new results for:
findstr /c:"CONX" C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\Setupactdetails.txt"
and

Has been a long time since I tried that, yeah might give it a go. Honestly if it's not resolved by Jan I'll probably give up and clean install.
Also more fun! (Don't have any other images saved, thought I had an older one but I think it's been overwritten):

Detach any non-Windows drives.
Perform an upgrade using a bootable Windows 10 iso while in clean boot.

For any failure run:
setupdiag:
SetupDiag - Windows Deployment | Microsoft Docs
and post new CBS and Panther logs.

Sorry, I don't know why those focusrite drivers were there, swear I uninstalled it beforehand.
This attempt I disconnected from the internet when using the upgrader. I used the desktop iso for upgrading, I'm not sure what you mean by "bootable" since you can't boot onto the iso for upgrades, only fresh installs.

CBS / SetupDiag / Panther

None of those destinations have files/exist currently. I ran Belarc, doesn't say I've missed any security updates from Microsoft.
Think I will attempt to run Windows 10 on a virtual drive to see if this will even work.

Belarc is to save licensing information in case you choose to clean install.

The logs continue to display BSOD without dump files.

If possible place the computer into safe mode for several days:
