Do you recognize the following account and does the highlighted folder exist?
Rich (BB code):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\S-1-5-21-2720980704-1410060006-1882061215-1008
    ProfileImagePath REG_EXPAND_SZ C:\Users\defaultuser100000

It seems C:\Users\defaultuser100000 is an copy of C:\Users\defaultuser100000.PC-AMOI

    ProfileImagePath REG_EXPAND_SZ C:\Users\defaultuser100000.PC-AMOI

It also seems that both of them are not longer in use?

Hi,

Please create a full system image and run the following fix with FRST.

Hi Maxstar, can you please explain what you mean by this: create a full system image.
Do you mean a backup ?
Thank you

Hi,

Please attach the following logs:
C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\Setuperr.log
C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\Setupact.log

Thanks, provide also new logs of FRST to look at.

Start the
577bf0efb8088-FRST.png
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool again.
  • Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  • Right-click to run the tool as administrator.
  • Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  • Press the Scan button.
  • Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
  • Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.

Please uninstall the following from the software list because both tools installed a driver an a temp folder which seems to be missing.
- CPUID ROG CPU-Z 2.09
- HWiNFO64
