disk management unable to connect to virtual disk service

From an elevated command prompt run this command:
set > "%userprofile%\desktop\EnvVariables.txt"
Upload here EnvVariables.txt that should appear on your desktop.
Open tweaking.com windows repair, go to step 2, click open repair environment variables, do a screenshot and post it here.
Do the same with open repair reparse points (after the scan, obviously).
(The two buttons for those two functions are under the open pre-scan button.)

Hey Willy2 I am on a English system I believe because all the words are English, and that's the only language I know.

Question how is it that a third party software (mini tool partition) can see my virtual disk partition and windows explorer cannot connect with the virtual disk service. I can defrag my c: drive with other defragment software but not with windows explorer defragmenter . I can do everything except connect with the virtual disk service through disk management. All other operations of this computer is working at a high level of efficiency ( cd/dvd) are all working fine and all the sfc /scannow and chkdsk reports are good so what could this possibly be stopping the the connection too my disk management not connecting to the virtual disk service?

Hello Xilolee and forum members has anything new come to mind about the possible solution to this situation

I do not know how to defrag through the GUI not yet, in fact I do not understand that terminology GUI not yet, but by the time you response back to me I will have some sort of understanding by me googling these actions and computer word terms.

Okay Xilolee I founded out the meaning and function of GUI and yes I can defrag from there but not effectively. When I try to defrag from windows explorer the option to analyze the disk before deciding to defrag is gone. When I run the defrag disk the report always say that files were not optimize. It is like the defrag has not worked properly, but the third party defragglers work fine with the option to analyze the disk first before proceeding
