Yes I'm leaving to the airport in an hour. I gave it a quick try and got the below error:

expand: invalid option -- f
Try `expand --help' for more information.

I remember we got such an error before and you had to modify the code.

Well, I guess this will have to wait for 3 weeks.

Retrieving Components Hive Using SFCFix Script

  • If necessary, download SFCFix.exe by niemiro and save it to your Desktop
  • Download View attachment SFCFix.txt and save it to your Desktop
  • Close any open programs or windows
  • Drag the SFCFix.txt file over the SFCFix.exe icon and release it to run the fix
  • Once processed a SFCFix.txt document will open on your Desktop, with a copy placed on your Desktop as well
  • Copy and paste the contents of the SFCFix.txt report in your reply. In addition, a Components.zip file will be placed on your desktop
  • Upload the Components.zip file to either SendSpace or the upload site of your choice and provide a link to the download in your reply

Hi again,

alright, so I followed the steps in order. The update failed, so below is the initial fixlog, and the following CBS and sfcfix.txt

As for the final step, I got "file not found or no read permission". So I dont have a component.zip (Well, it's there, but empty). I suspect thats because of an issue we faced before, where component.zip was locked and wasnt copyable. I dont remember the workaround performed at the time. So the below is sfcfix is probably a false positive.
