Problem with windows update - now boots to black screen with cursor. SFC & DISM no longer work. Can't repair.

For some reason the log keeps going even after the error window so I just uploaded the largest log it made, not sure which one you prefer.

I had also left DISM running overnight w/ cmd DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth

Attached at the DBS and DISM logs from that showing multiple corrupted stores and missing manifests.
