[SOLVED] Server 2008 R2 Cant update IE 10

Thank you for the info. I need to check some information on a file on your hard drive. Please do the following.

Step#1 - SFCFix Script
Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.
  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. If you still have this on your desktop from downloading previously, you don't need to re-download.
  2. Download the file below, SFCScript.txt, and save this to your Desktop.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCScript.txt.
  5. Drag the file SFCScript.txt onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please

Step#1 - Uninstall Package
 1. Click your Start button and type cmd. Right-click on the cmd program that shows up and select Run as administrator. Allow the UAC prompt.
2. You should now be at C:\Windows\system32>
3. Type cd.. and hit enter
4. You should now be at C:\Windows>
5. Type cd servicing\packages and hit enter
6. You should now be at C:\Windows\servicing\Packages>
7. Copy/Paste the following line into the command-prompt window and hit enter.
pkgmgr /up:Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-VistaPlus-Update~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~9.4.8112.16421

Ok did that. The command completed but then a window popped up titled: Windows Package Manager - Operation failed with 0x80070005 Access Denied.

The FixIt ran It spawned 7 CMD windows that were running Makecab. They ran after the FixIT ended but completed shortly there after. A reboot was required.
 
Cool. Now try install IE11 from the downloaded file. Let's try to skip 10 again. If it fails again I need to confirm if it's the same error so please provide the following two logs.

IE 11 did not install. When we went thru the manual uninstall of 10 and 11 should we have uninstalled 9 as well?
