Having trouble rebooting from the disc as described here:

Boot your system with the SeaTools CD. Run LONG test. You may need to change the "firing order" of the drives in BIOS to assure that the DVD drive is read first & prior to any internal hard drives. If you are unsure as to how to do this, simply post requesting assistance. We are more than happy to help you.

When your computer starts, you have to press a certain key to enter BIOS/Setup or something similar. Look what it says on the screen. After that, find a menu that says boot or boot device. Once done, please ensure that the cd or the usb drive you're using is set as primary boot device, i.e. is in the first position. You will likely need to move it up manually using arrows or the keys indicated within the BIOS itself. After you are sure you've done it correctly, hit F10 to save changes.

If you're still having issues, please try to provide a screenshot or at least a motherboard name and model.
 
According to the instructions on the manufacturer's website, to launch from CD/DVD I need to enable the LAUNCH CSM option. This option is not not available for me to change -- it is greyed out. I have attached a screenshot of the Boot menu page.

Tried disabling but the other option remains inaccessible.

Still not available. Interestingly, when I had a flash USB drive inserted into one of the ports, it was showing up in the BIOS as a boot option. The DVD drive is not showing up as an option, regardless of what port its plugged into.
 
I will try that. As of right now, the flash drive is not showing up in Windows explorer. When I go to device manager it recognizes the drive but says the drivers are not up to date and it can't find any drivers for it. I am going to get a new USB flash drive (this one is old) and see if that helps. If you have any ideas why Windows is not recognizing the drive, please let me know. It does recognize the DVD drive but I did have to update drivers for that.
