Please run the Sysnative log collector again and upload a new zip file.

CBS and other logs related to Windows Update I don't check. We have the Windows Update section for that, but that'll come later

Also, just got home from work. Checking now

Please remove AMD software temporarily.

I would like to have a look at the health of the drives.
Please go to Download and click the blue zip button which will download a portable version of CrystalDiskInfo. Extract the zip file and run diskinfo64.exe which will ask for administrator rights, please allow it.
CrystalDiskInfo uses 3 colors for indication

  • Blue = good
  • Yellow = warning
  • Red = bad

A little below the menu you'll see drives with each a circle with a color, if any of these is NOT blue please click it.
Before making a screenshot, please do the following
- Go to function > Advanced feature > raw values, change it to 10 [DEC]
- Make sure all attributes are clearly visible
Make a screenshot of CrystalDiskInfo and post this screenshot in your next post.

After the above, I'd like you to try driver verifier again.

the rest my c and d drives are all blue color which is good

I would recommend taking out any risk, even though it may not be used by you, Windows does attempt to interact with it for different reasons, so you want to remove that drive as a potential risk.

Are you still not able to get into the recovery environment after a couple failed boot attempts?

Also, you did remove AMD software prior running driver verifier?
