Windows 11 21h2 upgrade to latest version errors and bsod (0x80070002, 0xc1900101-0x30017)

Can you provide the setuperr.log and setupact.log like you did before, and please also run driver verifier with the original settings meaning the mentioned Microsoft drivers in the driver verifier instructions enabled too. Keep it running for about 24 hours and use your computer like you normally would, do not attempt upgrading meanwhile.
setuperr.log is blank

also my computer reverted back so all the program u told me to delete are back like veracrypto and easeu and so

You'll need to remove those programs again before running driver verifier.

Looks like these logs aren't useful then, I just checked setupact.log and doesn't look like it contains relevant data for the problem.

yes i deleted them again seems like they were uninstalled just not fully was bugged I used revo uninstaller to delete all files

what will we do after 24 hours that I have driver verifier running?

If there are no crashes after 24 hours, keep it running for another 24 hours. If there are no crashes after 48 hours total, then let me know and we'll go from there.

if it doesn't crash on boot then idk why It would crash after 24 or 48 hours but okay no problem

It's like a stress test without a given deadline, we're checking the drivers for commonly made mistakes and it takes time for some processes to occur that may have such mistakes. For example on some boots it's possible that a specific process needs to occur which will only happen under specific situations (e.g. removal of files because they were used by another program when you attempted to delete them, think temporary files). You're not going to get them all the time which is why time is needed.

It may well be that there's no crash after 48 hours or so, but we want to make sure there's no other driver potentially causing problems.

It's called memory.dmp, it'll be relatively large if it's there.

Can you upload a new zip file from the Sysnative tool please.

Hello, I'll see whether I can help, though if @axe0 returns I will defer to them of course.

I've gone right back to the start of this thread and read through it. Your original problem, as you described it, was an inability to upgrade Windows 11 (and you're running Windows 11 Pro) to 22H2 or 23H2. Yet the error message you posted in you post #1 shows that you were trying to install Windows Server....

Can you explain exactly what you were trying to do? You can't upgrade Windows 11 Pro to Windows Server.

Also, I note that you have a number of devices disabled...
Code:
Virtual Desktop Monitor ROOT\DISPLAY\0000 This device is disabled.
GingerXRDisplayDriverH Device ROOT\DISPLAY\0002 This device is disabled.
VPN Client Adapter - VPN ROOT\NET\0008 This device is disabled.
Snap Camera ROOT\CAMERA\0000 This device is disabled.
RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E 160MHz PCI\VEN_14C3&DEV_0616&SUBSYS_061614C3&REV_00\6&1CE298E7&0&00580011 This device is disabled.
SplitCam Virtual Video Driver ROOT\MEDIA\0007 This device is disabled.
Is that deliberate? One of them is your WiFi adapter and another is a display adapter.
