Windows 11 21h2 upgrade to latest version errors and bsod (0x80070002, 0xc1900101-0x30017)

It looks as though you made an installation media containing Windows Server, not Windows 11. The Windows 11 media creation tool can be downloaded from Download Windows 11, the version is 23H2.

Disabled devices are devices that have been disabled in Device Manager. Devices are not disabled by default so either you or somebody else must have manually disabled them. Are you saying that you don't know that those devices are disabled?

Can you please right-click on the start icon and select Run. In that box type winver and then click the OK button. Post a screenshot of the small window that opens.

Definitely Windows 11 Pro then. What happens when you open Windows Update and search for updates?
Do you see any updates offered at all or is Windows Update not working?

These updates should be offered to you via Windows Update, so I'd suggest running the Windows update troubleshooter.

If you do want to force update 21H2 via a Windows 11 ISO then get the ISO from Download Windows 11 (the Windows 11 version there is 23H2). I suspect your problem earlier was that you were using the ISO for Windows Server, not for Windows 11 Pro.

Unfortunately I will be offline for the next couple of weeks

I'll continue where things left off. I'm going to need some time to review what's happened since my last post here.

okay thank you and nothing really actually its same as you left but take a look anyways

Could you go to the Update history and post a screenshot of what's listed there.

Feature updates are at the top in the history under "Feature Updates"

I assume you enrolled in the insider program and eventually got out of that program? Assuming this based on the last feature update installed in the history
