Now the service is running, so this looks better. Please attempt to update again and post the result..

Are you sure this version of Windows 11 is installed with an (official) ISO and not with an modified / tweaked ISO?

Yes, I've Installed Windows 11 back in January 2023 with the Media Creation Tool.
I never had issues with my installation, same for the updates until I discovered that the cumulative update failed with the error code back in June.

One thing I didn't mention is that I changed my GPU back in march and my monitor in january.

Also got this HP usb driver update failure since a while, I did some research back then and people were saying to ignore it. I have no HP devices (maybe my old monitor?)

Replacing the GPU will not be the cause I think, but please run the following command in an elevated prompt and provide a screenshot.
Code:
slmgr /dlv

And how did you activate this system? With a cheap license which you can buy all over the internet, it seems you've used such a MAK-retail key which wil be N6HM8-*****-*****-*****-3DBP2

Please note:
  • Cheap keys for Windows / Office are usually leaked volume licence keys.
  • When a product (MAK) key is a grey market key or when you're using an activator the key could be blacklisted to prevent software piracy.
  • The screenshot you have sent shows also an illegal MAK key like your SOFTWARE hive.
In post #24 I've asked if this system with Windows 11 was legally activated?
Yes, my Windows 11 is activated with a retail licence, activated with a proper key.
I've installed it back in January 2023 iirc
But it was not a legal activation with a proper key.

So I will close this thread, because I am not helping with illegal versions and in particular because I specifically asked for it and get a non answer!
