    • ren %SystemRoot%\SoftwareDistribution\Download DL.bak
    • net start wuauserv

This will trigger the Windows 10 upgrade via Windows Update. If the upgrade fails, upload the following files for me.

C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log

Ok found an AVG file in ProgramData, created and Admin account, tried to switch to that Account, all it shows is my main account and "Other" account.

If you click on "Other", can you enter a username and password or see the other user you created?

OK big problem now, I can not log back into my original User Account. I have tried adding, changing, and removing password. Also tried changing name and to no avail. I seem to be stuck on this new created account. Also still can not delete the AVG folder in ProgramData, with this account.

If you restart your computer, what options do you have on the main login screen?

Admin...Other User (original account). When I try to login with User Name and Password, says wrong name or password. I unfortunately do not remember the original owners password, hence I have tried to switch(changed name and password) to my name. But her name and apparently password is what is needed. It worked when there was only one account. Also, her name did not change within User data.

How were you logging in her account without knowing the password?

I did know the password at one time, but I can't not remember it for the life of me. Sorry for making things difficult.

All good no worries. Sadly without the password there's not a lot we can do :/

Even if I delete that account? I don't understand why all that information did not change when I changed it through Account Management.

Well if you delete the old account that's another story. However, all the personal files contained in Documents, Pictures, Music, etc. will be deleted as well.

though it does give the option to save files? Was thinking of possibly transfering those files to this one if I can not access the original account.

You should be able to access the userprofile (C:\Users\Username) if you have an account with Admin Rights. From there, you can copy everything from the personal user folders somewhere else.

Might be what I have to end up doing. I can not seem access it no matter what.

Tried installing Windows 10 within the new Account, just to see if may have worked, and I have this error code now. c190011f

I saw that too, so was going to try that. Though if you could be so kind and help with one more problem. I noticed I deleted that other Account, but in the Users List it is still there with a lock on it. I need to get rid of that profile, considering that most of the problems are stemming from that profile.

Profile deleted. Any idea about the "disabled" programs, including WindowsUpate?

Ran a Sfc /scannow, found a lot of fails.
