[SOLVED] Windows Update Error Code c0000374

Can you upload the whole CBS.log for me please?

I don't see any errors in the CBS.txt log you provided me.

I did try the Microsoft tool, and it still wants to not load Windows 10. I am just wondering if I should just give up. I don't want to, but it seems impossible t this point.

Would you mind helping me with a few other things? Main one is I cannot access any media player now, especially Windows Media player. Also I can not create new folders only compressed folders (I'm sure it is a simple fix, but I can not think of the solution at the moment).

Even in your new user account you still have these issues?

Yes. The Media Creation Tool does it thing and gets to 100%. Then pops up a Window saying it needs to shut down the program.

It says Modern Setup Host has stopped working

Windows Update error C190011F

Alright, get it to 100% again (until it crashes), then send me the files below.

C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

Alright, follow the instructions below please.

Before I do this I have Malwarebytes and Windows Defender on disable. Will Microsofts Antimalware Service be a problem?

Done...though I am a little worried about possible intrusions now.

Did this process. It left a couple of new "user accounts" on my system that I am not sure of.

CREATOR OWNER for files like Program Files, ProgramData, Windows, ..etc
TrustedInstaller for all file and folders.

Please tell me my computer is not compromised.

Also this is what shows when I run Either Windows Upgrade or the Software Tool for Windows 10

Though this time around the tool program went through to Setting Windows 10 Media. It got to 100% and posted that error message.

Not sure but I am thinking it now has something to do with no media outlets working. I can not access or play any type of media ie. Photos, Music, or Videos.

I really do appreciate the time and effort you are sacrificing in order to help me with my problem. So far, my computer seems to be running a bit faster and smoother than it has in a long while. You are a great help. Please keep up the great work. :)

Creator Owner and TrustedInstaller are system accounts that should be part of the ACL of the folders you listed. If they were added after running Windows Repair AIO, it means that originally they weren't there and this isn't normal.

Also, the "Media" from the "Setting Windows 10 Media" isn't the same as the "media" for photo, music or video. The media here means the installation device and/or folder.
