Upgrade to Windows 10 fails

Install from USB failed at 10% of the "Working on updates" phase i.e. the usual spot.

Second attempt at running Media Creation Tool from the Desktop made it to 10% complete of "Working on updates" phase before the BSOD appeared. Stop message was IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. Stop message for previous failed USB install was MEMORY MANAGEMENT.

Attach the files C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\panther\miglog.xml and C:\Windows\Logs\MoSetup\BlueBox.log to your next reply.

I have hidden files/folders and protected operating system files showing and I've searched c:\ for bluebox.* and can't find any file hidden or not that matches that search.

I had to unhide protected operating system files in order to find miglog.xml.

There are only two files in C:\Windows\Logs\MoSetup being ActionList and DeviceRecovery.
