In order to replace the files on your faulty server please download the attached zip file to its desktop and drag and drop it onto SFCFix.exe.
When it has completed, redo the SFC /scannow and post the new CBS.log.

I believe all the other files will now need fixing in the same way. In preparation for this I want to collect the remaining folders from your Twin server.
The attached file will provide the script for this, to be used in the usual way on your Twin server. Once done upload the new replacement.zip file in your next post.

You could run the DISM RestoreHealth. I want to see what happens with the manifest file corruptions that we had been getting previously with the DISM.
Yes, I have become increasingly suspicious of these manifest errors. Now that I know you have a similar system which is working OK we can do some checks. Let's start by taking the first few from the list and checking if they are present on either of your two systems.
Run the following script file by downloading it to the desktop, dragging and dropping it onto SFCFix.exe. Do this on both systems. We can compare the results from the two systems. Rename the text files that are produced so that I can distinguish them.

There are a couple of manifest files I am going to need to get from your Twin server. Please download and drag and drop the following file onto SFCFix.exe on your Twin server desktop in order to extract them for me. It will create a new replacement.zip file that you will need to upload for me.
Here is the new SFCFix.zip file that you need to use to add the latest set of manifest files to your problem server.
As before download the file to your desktop, then drag and drop it onto the SFCFix.exe file to complete.
After this has finished please redo DISM RestoreHealth and post the new CBS.log.
