Here is the new SFCFix.zip file that you need to use to add the latest set of manifest files to your problem server.
As before download the file to your desktop, then drag and drop it onto the SFCFix.exe file to complete.
After this has finished please redo DISM RestoreHealth and post the new CBS.log.

There are two manifest files from the latest list that I am going to need to get from your Twin server. Please download and drag and drop the following file onto SFCFix.exe on your Twin server desktop in order to extract them for me. It will create a new replacement.zip file that you will need to upload for me.

Based on the manifest scan results (which I asked you to do via the PM) I have created a script file for you to run on your good server to extract all the missing manifest files in one go. Please download and drag and drop the attached file onto SFCFix.exe on your Twin server desktop in order to extract them for me. It will create a new replacement.zip file that you will need to upload or share with me.

The missing manifest files all seem to have been fixed and now DISM is starting on the payload files but once again it can only handle a limited number at a time. I will have a think about how we might be able to find more of these like we did for the manifest files. In the meantime here is the fix for the ones DISM found.

Can you run SFC /scannow to verify if it is returning any errors at this stage.
